Crafting & Shipping Policy

Because slow fashion takes intention and care, we prepare each order with mindful attention to detail:

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched from our studio within 1-2 business days.
• Made-to-Order & Custom Sized Pieces: Handcrafted to order by our artisans within 3-5 business days before courier dispatch.
• Delivery Timeline: Standard courier delivery takes 3-7 business days across India depending on your city.
• Shipping Costs: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.

Handmade Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to treasure your handmade crochet piece. If you are not delighted with your order, we are here to assist:

• Return Window: You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
• Stitch Condition: Due to the delicate nature of handmade crochet fibers, items must be completely unworn, unwashed, snag-free, with stitch structure intact and original tags attached.
• How to Initiate: Visit our Contact Page or email us at support@neythustudio.com with your Order ID and photo of the item.
• Refunds: Once our artisan team inspects the returned piece, refunds are credited to your bank account / original method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Snagged Delivery

If your package arrives damaged or you notice any unexpected flaw in the crochet work, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange an artisan replacement or full refund at zero additional cost to you.
